• Design and Development: Working with developers and owners, we’ll work closely with all stakeholders to agree the design based on the size and the proposed layout of the property. This process will be detailed and based on several different factors, including the size of each room, the number of windows and the quality of ventilation.
  
• Quote and Acceptance: We’ll provide a quote based on the full scope of work. This will vary according to the size of the new build as well as other factors, but we’ll strive to offer the best possible value for money.
  
• The Work: Once approved, we’ll set about working diligently and efficiently to carry out our work with the minimum of fuss. We’ll also operate to the highest possible standard.
